In order to get the best results for your flowers, flower care is essential. The following are some tips to help you care for the flowers until we are able to process them for you.
Tip 1: If you know you are having your flowers preserved, please let your florist know. They can call us to see if there are some particular flowers that would be better to use than others.
Tip 2: Most flowers will wilt rather quickly after a long day of photographs and holding them. Make sure to have a vase at your reception to keep the flowers fresh until they are ready for delivery.
Tip 3: If you plan on freeze drying your bouquet,
and you know this well in advance, be sure to
get a second throw bouquet so you can keep
your original arrangement for your own
special keepsake.
Tip 4: Arrange with someone at your wedding before hand to deliver, or arrange a pick up, of your bouquet. This will save you the hassle of having to deal with anything but enjoying your special day.
Tip 5: We preserve 3 corsages and 2 boutonnieres as a complimentary part of your keepsake. Be sure to attach the names to whom the flowers belong to.
Take the flowers individually, and wrap them in a loose wet paper towel and then place them into a
zip- lock bag.
Tip 6: Your wedding bouquet should be wrapped around the stems with wet paper towels, a zip-lock placed around the stems and a rubber band used to hold it in place until delivery. Up until the time you are ready to deliver the flowers, keep them in a vase with water and stored in a refrigerator.
Tip 7: Most importantly, DO NOT FREEZE the bouquet.
Shipping
Before shipping your flowers, please call us to let us know to expect them. We can also give you tips that are ideal to your specific bouquet.
In order to ship flowers, first make sure the box you are using is sturdy and large enough. Use paper shredding, paper towels of styrafoam popcorn as the fill.
Make sure all your flowers are wrapped at the stems with a DAMP paper towel and enclosed within a ziplock and bound with rubber bands.
If the paper towel is soaked, the flowers may start browning.

Feel free to send extra flowers in case we need to replace some worn and torn flowers. Be sure to mark what flower or bouquet it is and whom it belongs to. (i.e. Mother of the Bride corsage,
Father of the Bride boutonniere)
Place the bouquet in a large loose trash
bag and place into the large box.
